Responsibilities

• Process modifications of existing loan relationships with accuracy.
• Maintain loan files with current, accurate documentation.
• Process payoffs, releases of mortgages, assignments of leases and UCC filings.
• Prepare Assignments of Mortgage.
• Review reports from insurance vendor for escrowed and non-escrowed policies.
• Process tax, flood and escrow disbursement, payments and reporting.
• Respond to emails to Consumer and Commercial Loan Operations.
• Receive incoming calls from borrowers and answer routine questions.
• Process release of funds for new loans and line advances.
• Process payments for force placed insurance and correspondence to borrowers.
