Job summary

Citizens Restructuring Management (CRM) Loan Administration is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support the Bank's commercial loan portfolio. You will work with Relationship Managers, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure accurate processing of daily portfolio transactions and loan modifications.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, independent work with team collaboration, and proficiency in Microsoft Office within a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote).

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Progressive experience with commercial loans.
• Familiarity with syndicated and non-syndicated loans, loan modifications, renewals, extensions, or forbearances.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate day-to-day commercial loan portfolio transactions.
• Support modifications, forbearances, extensions, and renewals with approvals and documentation.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, senior management, and other teams to research and resolve requests.
• Maintain internal reporting and CRM Dashboard, track activity, and document exceptions.
• Follow bank policy and complete required regulatory training.
• Complete special projects and department priorities as needed.
