Job summary

BancFirst in Oklahoma ( Harrah area ) seeks an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to underwrite and develop a quality loan portfolio across Construction, Commercial, CRE, and Consumer lending segments. You will promote BancFirst services, participate in community events, and ensure strict adherence to policies while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree required (Business major or Formal Credit training preferred).
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience as an underwriting Commercial Loan Officer.
  • Experience in negotiating loan workouts and asset liquidations.
  • Must have ability to analyze complex financial data and write detailed credit memorandums.
  • Must have current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending.
  • Must have ability to grow quality portfolio with annual performance goals.
  • Promote Retail/Cash Management products to new and existing relationships.
  • Willing to participate in community events.
  • Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain and develop quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing existing portfolio.
  • Construction, Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Consumer, and Consumer Real Estate Loans.
  • Promote BancFirst services through cross selling banking products to new and existing clientele.
  • Participation in various community and public events.
  • Consistent execution of policies and procedures.
  • Extraordinary customer service at all times.
  • Assist with other job related duties as requested by supervisor/manager.
  • Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.

REQUIREMENTS
