Commercial Lender

Location: Harrah, OK (Onsite position)

Hours: Full-time

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Obtain and develop a quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing existing portfolio; Senior-level lending position; Construction, Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Consumer, and Consumer Real Estate Loans; Promote BancFirst services through cross selling banking products to new and existing clientele; Participation in community and public events; Consistent execution of policies and procedures; Extraordinary customer service; Outside business development calls required; Assist with other job related duties as requested by supervisor/manager; Regular and consistent attendance is essential; Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree required (Business major or Formal Credit training preferred)
• 1-3 years experience as an underwriting Commercial Loan Officer
• Experience in negotiating loan workouts and asset liquidations
• Must have ability to analyze complex financial data and write detailed credit memorandums
• Must have current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending
• Must have ability to grow quality portfolio with annual performance goals
• Promote Retail/Cash Management products to new and existing relationships
• Willing to participate in community events
• Outside business development calls required
• Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
• Must be able to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
