Job summary

BancFirst is seeking an Underwriting Commercial Loan Officer to develop and manage a quality loan portfolio across construction, commercial, CRE, consumer, and real estate segments. The role emphasizes cross-selling BancFirst products and active community engagement.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business and 1–3 years underwriting experience, with knowledge of RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending. Full-time, on-site, with standard banking hours in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree required (Business major or Formal Credit training preferred).
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience as an underwriting Commercial Loan Officer.
  • Experience in negotiating loan workouts and asset liquidations.
  • Must have ability to analyze complex financial data and write detailed credit memorandums.
  • Must have current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending.
  • Must have ability to grow quality portfolio with annual performance goals.
  • Promote Retail/Cash Management products to new and existing relationships.
  • Willing to participate in community events.
