Job summary

BancFirst Corporation in Jones, OK seeks an experienced Commercial Lender-Jones to manage and grow a diverse loan portfolio. You will handle construction, commercial, CRE, and consumer loans while promoting BancFirst services to new and existing clients.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, community involvement, and strict adherence to policies, with a strong focus on exceptional customer service and meeting annual performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required (Business major or Formal Credit training preferred).
• Minimum 1-3 years experience as an underwriting Commercial Loan Officer.
• Experience in negotiating loan workouts and asset liquidations.
• Must have ability to analyze complex financial data and write detailed credit memorandums.
• Must have current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending.
• Must have ability to grow quality portfolio with annual performance goals.
• Promote Retail/Cash Management products to new and existing relationships.
• Willing to participate in community events.
• Outside business development calls required.
• Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Must be able to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
