Responsibilities

• Review loan approval to ensure policy compliance and risk mitigation.
• Verify collateral, borrower name validity, and pre-closing requirements.
• Coordinate changes with counsel and Relationship Manager before closing.
• Assist in loan closings, funding, and fee management; document imaging.
• Produce follow-up loan exception reports and reconcile pre-closing costs.
