• Solicit commercial clients and drive new business through calls, referrals and cross selling.
• Obtain COIs and attend networking events in the assigned area.
• Demonstrate loan structuring and credit analysis expertise.
• Generate and close commercial and real estate loans, typically $1M–$10M.
• Cross-sell banking products to grow deposits and relationships.
