You will ensure compliance, draft and review documents, and coordinate with loan officers, processors, and credit administration to minimize risk. The role requires strong knowledge of internal policies, statutory regulations, and the PREMIER loan system, plus advanced Excel skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years banking, clerical or loan processing experience.
• Thorough knowledge of policies, regulations and loan documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report non-compliance in loan files.
• Review and draft loan documents for complex loans.
• Coordinate lien perfection and collateral verifications.
• Provide training for complex loans and entity structures.
• Communicate loan status with officers and processors.
