- Associate’s Degree and 4 years’ banking or customer service experience.
- Strong knowledge of lending practices and loan documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with deposit, loan, and investment systems for report generation.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to plan time and organize work effectively.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and obtain all pertinent applicant/borrower and collateral documentation for loan processing.
- Review credit approvals to determine terms and verify equity and structure.
- Approve counsel- or internally-prepared loan documents per terms and policies.
- Coordinate loan closings with clients, relationship managers, attorneys, title companies and vendors.
- Manage loan funding wires and initial disbursements with necessary approvals.
