Park National Bank in Ohio seeks a detail-oriented Loan Closing Specialist to coordinate and collect required documentation from clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring deadlines are met and files are complete. You will review third-party reports, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate loan data in the LOS, and collaborate with title, insurance, and compliance partners to finalize closings.

• Order and review third-party reports including title, appraisal/evaluation, UCC searches, environmental screens, flood determinations, and insurance.

SCHEDULE

Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. This position is hourly and full time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status.

A flexible work arrangement is available for this position after training. May have the option of working from home three days a week. Please speak to the hiring manager for more information.

Physical Requirements

This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information.
