Nuvision Federal Credit Union in Alaska seeks a Commercial Loan Analyst to evaluate credit for businesses and industries. You will analyze loan requests, borrower info, financial statements, collateral and tax returns to determine repayment ability and prepare credit memorandums for loan review.
Responsibilities include site visits, assisting underwriters, coordinating credit review processes and supporting loan officers while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent member service
Formación
- 3 years of commercial loan analysis experience.
- Experience with commercial lending analysis software.
- Knowledge of NCUA regulations in Business Services.
- Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel.
Responsabilidades
- Analyze loan requests and borrower information for new and existing loans.
- Assist underwriter in preparation of credit memorandums and reviews.
- Perform site visits and member interviews for loans and annual reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality of member and credit information.
