Job summary

Union Bank of VT & NH is seeking a Commercial Loan Administrator I or II to support the administration, documentation, and closing of commercial loan transactions. The role collaborates with Commercial Lenders, Credit Analysts, and other partners to ensure timely, accurate closings in accordance with bank policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Banking, lending, legal, administrative, documentation, real estate, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Basic understanding of business and financial documentation preferred.
• Ability to learn commercial lending processes and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicable banking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, documentation, and closing of commercial loan transactions.
• Coordinate documentation, due diligence, approval conditions, and collateral documentation.
• Assist with closing preparation and post-closing follow-up activities.
• Serve as a partner in the commercial lending process to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
