Job summary

Guaranty Bank & Trust in Katy, TX is seeking a Full-Time Commercial Loan Administrative Assistant to support loan operations. The role involves processing credit reports, collecting documents, preparing memos, and handling customer inquiries with accuracy and confidentiality.

You will work in a team-oriented environment, demonstrate strong Microsoft Office skills, and maintain compliance with regulations while supporting cross-functional banking activities and future career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year loan administrative experience in commercial real estate loans.
• Preferred 2+ years loan administrative CRE experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Bank in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take loan applications, obtain credit reports and process denials according to regulations.
• Obtain the necessary documents and legal papers for loans.
• Produce loan documents and renewal loans accurately and timely.
• May be responsible for servicing loans: payments, payoff quotes, forwards to lenders/clients.
