Job summary

Saltu Staffing in Phoenix seeks a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys on a broad range of disputes from investigation through trial. The role requires Arizona procedures knowledge, strong discovery and e-discovery skills, and experience in state and federal courts. Ideally, you hold a BA and ABA-approved paralegal certification and bring familiarity with Trial Director, CaseMap, DISCO, and Everlaw.

Qualifications

• 3 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Commercial litigation experience preferred, involving business disputes, contracts, real estate, or corporate matters.
• Experience in state and federal courts, including Arizona procedures.
• Knowledge of CM/ECF filing procedures and court rules.
• Experience managing complex discovery and ESI processing.
• Familiarity with e-discovery tools such as Trial Director, CaseMap, DISCO, Everlaw.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Westlaw.
• Bachelor's degree and ABA-approved paralegal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of commercial litigation, from pre-suit to post-trial.
• Draft, file, and serve pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and other documents in state and federal courts.
• Manage discovery, including document collection, review, privilege review, Bates-stamping, and production.
• Assist with electronic discovery and ESI processing.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, including materials.
• Maintain litigation calendars and docket deadlines under rules.
• Coordinate with court reporters, e-discovery vendors, and other litigation support providers.
• Assist with trial logistics, witness coordination, and courtroom technology.
