Duties:

Represent clients in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters

Manage all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, court appearances, and litigation strategy

Handle real estate-related disputes, including residential and commercial landlord-tenant litigation

Collaborate with senior attorneys on case development and resolution strategies

Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality memoranda and briefs

Participate in motion practice, including e-discovery and expert coordination

Appear in court and communicate effectively with clients, judges, and opposing counsel

Requirements:

4–5 years of commercial litigation experience

Familiarity with New York civil procedure and state court practice

Substantial experience with discovery, including electronic discovery

Ability to handle a high volume of work with strong attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

Active license to practice law in New York (required)
