Duties

Manage and lead complex commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement documents

Conduct and oversee all phases of discovery, including depositions and document reviews

Represent clients in court hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations

Develop litigation strategies tailored to client goals

Provide legal advice and risk assessments to clients in dynamic business contexts

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of commercial litigation experience

Experience in trial work before State, Federal, and Appellate courts

Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York

Demonstrated leadership in managing full litigation lifecycle

Proven ability to argue motions and handle court proceedings independently

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

Active bar membership in New Jersey and New York
