• The ideal candidate will have strong writing, research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills, along with hands-on experience managing litigation and eDiscovery.
• 3–8 years of experience in commercial litigation or related fields.
• Chancery, health law, and/or construction litigation experience is a plus.
