VOYlegal is partnering with a prominent New Jersey law firm to hire a senior-level Construction Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of experience litigating construction disputes from inception through resolution, with strong NJ State and Federal court exposure.

You will lead case strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, court appearances, mediation, arbitration, and trial, while handling construction and real estate claims.

Qualifications

• Active NJ Bar is required.
• 7+ years of construction litigation experience.
• Experience handling disputes from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead case strategy and management of construction disputes.
• Oversee discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Appear in court and participate in mediation/arbitration and trial.

VOYlegal is working with a large New Jersey law firm that is looking to add a senior-level Construction Litigation Attorney to its team.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience and a strong background handling construction disputes from inception through resolution.

The practice focuses on construction and real estate claims, including disputes involving:

• Contract and project-related disputes
• Related business and commercial litigation matters

The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of sophisticated matters, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, mediation, arbitration, and trial.

Experience in NJ State and Federal Courts, particularly Chancery Division matters and emergent applications/Orders to Show Cause, is a plus. NJ Bar required; NY Bar is a plus.
