Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of commercial and business litigation matters from intake through resolution, including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, and business torts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs in state and federal court.
• Take and defend depositions, and handle hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Advise business clients on litigation risk, strategy, and dispute resolution.
• Work with the corporate, real estate, and employment groups on matters that cross practice areas.
• Help develop client relationships and support the firm’s growth.
