Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advice.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute lawsuits.
• Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
• Interact with clients regularly to keep them informed about case progress and to address their concerns.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve cases favorably and efficiently.
• Participate in business development activities to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Job Details

• 8. Active license to practice law in the state.
• 9. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
