Job summary

Cole, Scott & Kissane seeks a driven attorney to join our General Liability practice in Tampa. The attorney will defend businesses and individuals in a wide range of tort matters, from premises and products liability to complex disputes.

Responsibilities include taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, appearing at hearings and trials, performing legal research, and advising clients. Florida-bar licensed candidates with strong communication and teamwork skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior litigation experience preferred, but not required.
