Role Description

Excellent opportunity with a growing law practice for a full-time Associate Attorney role located in White Plains, NY. The attorney will handle all aspects of construction and commercial litigation, including case strategy, complex research and drafting motions, conducting depositions, attending court conferences, arguing motions and communication with clients. The role also involves advising clients on intricate legal issues and finding innovative and practical solutions to resolve disputes efficiently.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from accredited US law school, admission to practice law in New York State.
