• Support fast-moving, deadline-driven cases, specifically non-compete litigation and actions to protect trade secrets, representing clients as both plaintiffs and defendants.
• Experience taking and defending depositions, and working with expert witnesses.
• Stellar writing ability is critical for this position; trial experience is a plus.
