Qualifications

• 4–6 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Active Arizona Bar admission or commitment to obtain it promptly.
• Strong discovery, deposition, and motion practice experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong professional judgment and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters.
• A proactive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct factual investigations and manage discovery.
