Job summary

Butler Snow LLP in Nashville, TN is seeking a litigation associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our Commercial Litigation group. You will work on depositions, motions, and trial preparation as part of a collaborative team.

Candidates must have a Juris Doctor and be licensed and in good standing with the Tennessee bar, with experience in taking and defending depositions and researching complex litigation issues. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required.

3 - 5 years of litigation experience;

• Experience in taking and defending depositions;
• Ability to research and investigate complex litigation areas;
