The role itself

• Participation in marketing and business development activities, including client's pitches and presentations
• Exposure to the full complex commercial litigation life cycle
• If you have experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) this will be beneficial but not essential

• The firm's litigation practice is a particularly notable area for them with work across products liability, toxic torts, and environmental law cases
• The team is made up of 15 Associates and 24 Partners allowing a good amount of opportunity for each and every Associate in the team to get involved in some really high level, complex work
