LeoForce is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate (JD 2020–2023) in New York, NY. You will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters, draft pleadings and motions, and represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation.

This mid-level role requires strong research, analytical, and communication skills and a NY license. You will collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys to develop litigation strategies, attend client meetings, and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school (2020–2024).
Licensed to practice in NY.
Minimum 2 years in commercial litigation, with real estate focus.
Strong research, analytical and communication skills.
Drafting and court representation experience.

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters, including breach of fiduciary duty, contract disputes, and commercial mortgage foreclosure.
Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation sessions.

Qualifications:
