Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ litigation experience.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Experienced with depositions and in court.
• Experienced managing complex discovery and ESI.
• (Prior federal clerkship...a plus, but not a prerequisite.)

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation matters for diverse clients.
• Support pre-filing investigations, drafting of complaints, law and motion.
• Conduct written and document discovery, take/defend depositions.
• Assist trial preparation, bench and jury trials, and appeals.
