Jobot is seeking a talented 4th–5th year Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Washington, DC office. You will work on complex commercial disputes, managing cases from discovery to trial, performing legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and handling depositions.

This role offers a hybrid schedule, a competitive salary from $250,000 to $325,000 per year, and a mentorship‑driven culture that supports fast growth on high‑stakes matters.

Competenze

• 4th–5th year Litigation Associate with experience handling complex commercial litigation.
• Must be admitted to practice in Washington, D.C.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with all aspects of litigation: written discovery, pleadings, dispositive motions, depositions, witness preparation, hearings, and trial preparation/support.
• Proactive, collaborative, with increasing responsibility in high-value matters.
