Jobot is seeking a litigation associate with 1-3 years of experience to work on complex business disputes. You will collaborate with experienced litigators, handle multiple stages of litigation, and develop courtroom and client-facing skills in a supportive team.

Formación

• 1-3 years of commercial, business, or complex litigation experience.
• Experience drafting substantive motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other court filings
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues
• Prepare and respond to written discovery requests
• Take and defend depositions and assist with witness preparation
• Attend court appearances, conferences, hearings, and other proceedings
• Support trial preparation, including exhibit management and case strategy development
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas on litigation and related disputes
• Manage day-to-day case responsibilities while maintaining strong client service standards
• Participate in strategic analysis and case evaluation efforts
