Jobot, a boutique Denver commercial litigation firm, seeks an Associate Attorney to represent clients in civil matters and draft complex legal documents. The role offers a salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 per year and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Ideal candidates hold a Juris Doctorate, are admitted to practice in the state, and bring at least 2 years of litigation experience with strong research, negotiation, and writing skills. Health insurance is included.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in good standing in the state.
• Minimum of 2 years in litigation with a focus on commercial matters.
• Experience drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and related documents.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities; ability to interpret complex legal materials.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies in civil litigation matters.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Provide comprehensive legal guidance on rights, obligations, rules, and regulations.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
• Negotiate settlements to avoid or minimize litigation costs.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys on complex matters and develop case strategies.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions and court proceedings.
• Stay current with latest legal trends to provide effective legal services.
