Jobot, a boutique Denver law firm specializing in business and commercial matters, seeks an Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation to join our on-site office. The role involves drafting legal documents, managing motions, and supporting hearings, trials, and depositions.

We offer a base salary of $150,000–$170,000 per year, bonuses, a 35-hour billable weekly expectation, and 100% health care coverage. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply and Colorado bar eligibility is a plus.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of litigation experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in franchise, bankruptcy, or civil matters is a plus.
• Law review experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of civil and commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and manage motions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings and depositions.
• Assist and collaborate with associate and senior attorneys on litigation and commercial matters.
