Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in all phases of complex commercial litigation.
• Active bar license in Delaware or Illinois, or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation, including investigations, discovery, and pleadings.
• Conduct depositions, argue motions, and participate in mediation/arbitration.
• Communicate with clients to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure with sound judgment.
