BCG Attorney Search seeks an Associate to join its Litigation group, Business and Commercial subgroup in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience and be admitted to the California Bar.

The role involves conducting thorough legal research, drafting pleadings, and managing complex litigation matters while building strong client relationships. A JD is required and a federal clerkship is a plus, with AmLaw 100 experience preferred.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of business and commercial experience.
• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Federal court clerkship is a plus.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firms preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client matters.

• Participate in court appearances and settlement negotiations.
• Manage discovery processes and collaborate with internal teams.
• Monitor legal developments relevant to active matters.
