• Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation, including factual investigations, discovery, and preparation of pleadings.
• Conduct depositions, argue motions, and participate in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating superior judgment and the ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements

• Three to six years of experience in all phases of complex commercial litigation.
• Experience in both state and federal court is preferred; experience in administrative matters and arbitrations is beneficial.
• Second-chair experience at trial or arbitration is preferred but not required.
• Must be licensed in Delaware or Illinois, or commit to obtaining a license in one of these jurisdictions as soon as possible.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in Delaware or Illinois, or a commitment to obtain one promptly.
