You will manage all phases of business litigation, draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and mentor junior associates while collaborating with partners on case strategy to achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business litigation experience at a law firm.
• Strong background in commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, and related matters.
• Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
• Portable book of business a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
