Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC seeks a litigation associate in Philadelphia to handle commercial disputes across state and federal courts. You will gain direct exposure to all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, brief writing, and trial, with opportunities for client interaction and on-your-feet courtroom experience.

Associates work closely with partners and are expected to take leadership on matters when appropriate.

Competenze

• Experience handling commercial disputes in state and federal courts.
• Involvement across discovery, depositions, brief writing, and trial.
• Ability to work directly with partners and take leadership on matters when appropriate.
• PA state and federal court litigation experience required; NJ Bar admission is a plus.
