Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Litigation Associate to assist in handling a variety of commercial disputes, including contract, business torts, and real estate cases. The role involves legal research, drafting documents, client communication, and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, 5+ years of commercial litigation experience, and strong writing and analytical skills. Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.

• Develop case strategy and work closely with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and senior attorneys to resolve disputes effectively.
