Job summary

Oakbridge Insurance Agency is seeking a Commercial Lines New Hire Trainer to own the onboarding journey from pre-training through certification and live support. The role spans on-site training of Epic navigation and CL workflows for new hires and partner agencies.

You'll standardize training materials, verify proficiency, and travel as needed to support Go-Live dates while collaborating with Learning & Development and IT teams to ensure accurate, scalable programs.

Qualifications

Experience training Commercial Lines staff.
Ability to teach Epic navigation and CL workflows in person or virtual.
Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

Pre-Training: Confirm Epic access, setup and configuration; review background; coordinate scheduling with Ops leadership.
Delivery: Teach Epic navigation and standardized CL workflows across full policy lifecycle; provide related system training.
Practice & Validation: Observe and correct workflows; validate independent execution before go-live; identify knowledge gaps.
Go-Live Support: Be available during transition; resolve process questions in real time.
Post-Training: Complete trainer certification handoff; hand off coaching to manager.
Additional Responsibilities: Maintain training materials; coordinate with IT on access; adjust pace for experienced hires.
