Job summary
Jonus Group in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Commercial Lines Training & Onboarding Specialist to develop talent, standardize workflows, and support agency growth initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
You will lead onboarding, coach new hires through Applied Epic workflows, and partner with operations, leadership, and IT to ensure new team members hit the ground running from day one.
This role also supports integration of acquired agencies and go-live training, with travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience with Commercial Lines workflows and policy lifecycle.
- Previous roles in Training, Onboarding, or Operations.
- Ability to teach and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and training programs for new Commercial Lines team members.
- Deliver instruction on Applied Epic and workflows.
- Teach policy lifecycle: New Business, Renewals, Endorsements, Certificates, Claims, Audits, Cancellations & Reinstatements.
- Coach new hires and validate proficiency before independent production.
- Maintain training materials and process documentation; collaborate with IT on Applied Epic configuration.
- Support onboarding for newly acquired agency partners and travel for go-live training.
