World Insurance Associates is seeking a Commercial Lines Sales Executive (Producer) to build relationships, generate new business, and close commercial insurance opportunities for organizations of all sizes.

In this entrepreneurial role, you’ll develop expertise across property and casualty, employee benefits, and related solutions, while leveraging World’s platform to grow a substantial book of business and maximize earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and consultative sales.
• Strong prospecting and relationship management skills.
• Experience creating client presentations and pitches.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and insurance systems.
• Licensed to sell insurance with regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities with emphasis on commercial accounts.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to move prospects through the sales pipeline and close business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HubSpot and leverage the platform to manage opportunities.
• Deliver comprehensive risk management solutions using World’s broad portfolio of services.
• Build long-term client relationships by identifying cross-selling opportunities and introducing additional solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and coordinating internal resources to develop customized solutions.
