Job summary

McGriff, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency, is seeking an entry‑level Risk Analyst on the Commercial Lines team in a hybrid work environment. You’ll learn how property and casualty programs are crafted to meet client needs while collaborating with Producers, MEs, and Account Managers.

The role provides growth paths and exposure to multiple lines of the business. You will gain experience with certificates, carrier negotiations, and basic accounting tasks, with opportunities to pursue

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Property and Casualty license is preferred/required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in placing and servicing insurance coverage on new and renewal business.
• Support in client presentations and coordination with internal teams.
• Learn to issue certificates and address carrier accounting issues.
• Collaborate with Producers, Marketing Account Executives, and Account Managers.
