Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst for McGriff’s Transportation & Logistics Practice to extract data from raw files, build complex analytic reports, and identify trends that inform client and prospect strategies. You will serve as a subject-matter expert for analytic resources and maintain internal databases, supporting multiple teams.

The role requires a P&C license, 3 years of relevant experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Insurance; or equivalent education and related training
• Three years of working experience in Property and Casualty insurance
• Must have a Property and Casualty insurance license
• One year of reporting experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Detail-oriented
• Strong organization and time management skills, including ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for questions related to all analytic resources, procedures and explanation of reports.
• Actively work to maintain the internal databases through data import and quality assurance.
• Assist in the identification, creation and marketing of analytic reports including creating comprehensive displays for client facing slide decks
• Build and maintain relationships with team members and business units.
• Support company projects and initiatives.
