The position emphasizes relationship building, data quality, and the creation of comprehensive reports and client-facing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Insurance is required.
• Three years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance.
• P&C insurance license is required.
• One year of reporting experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Extract usable data from raw files and populate internal data sets.
• Create complex analytic reports for McGriff's service teams and clients.
• Identify trends and analytic opportunities in large data sets.
• Serve as SME for analytic resources and report explanations.
• Maintain internal databases through data import and QA.
• Develop client-facing data displays for slides and presentations.
• Collaborate with team members across business units.
