Job summary
Baja Insurance Services Inc is seeking a professional and knowledgeable Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. In this role, you will develop and nurture relationships with commercial line clients.
You will grow the book of business and maximize profitable relationships. You will identify new commercial insurance opportunities, respond to inquiries, provide accurate quotes, and collaborate with colleagues to stay current with industry trends and education.
Qualifications
- Negotiation and communication skills required.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and client development.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of commercial lines insurance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify new commercial insurance opportunities.
- Develop relationships with clients and prospects.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and prospects.
- Provide accurate quotes and supplemental information.
- Monitor and report on sales targets and metrics.
- Collaborate with colleagues and provide training when necessary.
- Participate in continuing education to stay current with industry trends.
- Review and verify client audits.
