Job summary

LEI Cross Financial Corp in Providence, RI seeks a Commercial Lines Processing Analyst Team Lead to guide processing staff, ensure workflow compliance, and drive quality across the department.

You will own onboarding and training plans for new commercial lines staff, conduct annual / semi-annual performance reviews, schedule bi-weekly 1:1s, and partner with management to optimize morale and staffing coverage.

Qualifications

• Onboarding/training plan development for new staff.
• Periodic auditing of direct report activities for compliance with workflows.
• Annual/semi-annual performance reviews with input from department manager.
• Bi-weekly 1:1s with direct reports.
• Assist management with morale improvements and staffing coverage.

Responsibilities

• Run and distribute reports to staff to meet quality expectations.
• Monitor staff adherence to commercial lines workflow.
• Assist Account Managers with processing/document access issues.
• Lead onboarding and development of new staff in commercial lines processing.
• Coordinate with Dept Manager to ensure adequate staff coverage at all times.
• Provide input for workflow manuals and training updates.
