LEI Cross Financial Corp in Providence, RI seeks a Commercial Lines Processing Analyst Team Lead to guide processing staff, ensure workflow compliance, and drive quality across the department.

You will own onboarding and training plans for new commercial lines staff, conduct annual / semi-annual performance reviews, schedule bi-weekly 1:1s, and partner with management to optimize morale and staffing coverage.

Commercial Lines Processing Analyst Team Lead Duties of a Commercial Lines Processing AnalystTeam Leader include but are not limited to:

• Running, distributing, and following up on reports to staff to ensure quality management expectations are met (DL/eDoc reports, activity reports, overdue suspense reports, etc., follow up on completion of unbilled for month/quarter end).
• Running lists to ensure that staff are following the commercial lines workflow expectations (action codes, altering suspense’s, etc.).
• Periodic auditing of direct report activities for compliance w/workflows
• Helps Account Managers resolve issues or concerns related to Processing/document access
• Responsible for the on-boarding/training plan and development of new commercial lines processing staff members.
• Assist with reallocation of processing alpha splits as needed
• Assists management with Workflow Manual updates and training as needed
• Monitors and reports the status of office culture and provides input on ways to improve.
• Works with management to implement any change needed to resolve morale issues.
• Acts as a first point of contact to determine if/when an issue needs to be escalated to a manager.
• Assist w/Planning and execution of informational quarterly commercial lines processing meetings.
• Implementation and follow-up of procedural changes within the department at the direction of Dept Manager.
• Processing of assigned Lg CL accounts
• Responsible for annual performance reviews/semi-annual check-in of direct reports w/input of department manager
• Bi-weekly 1:1’s with direct reports
• Coordinates with Dept Manager to ensure adequate staff coverage at all times
• Responsible, w/input of department manager, for development of direct reports benchmark plans
• Perform other duties as assigned.
