Job summary

NJM is seeking a Business Process Operations Analyst II to help implement strategic initiatives, optimize business processes, and bridge business users with technology teams. You will help ensure operationalized solutions align with our objectives and customer experience standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining BPIs, managing backlogs, supporting cross-departmental changes, and coordinating with vendors during incidents and launches—while fostering a growth mindset and strong ownership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years' experience in understanding and analyzing insurance business processes.
• Strong work-ethic with ownership, accountability, and prioritization.
• Ability to identify root causes and craft practical solutions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Able to collaborate with diverse multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the strategic plan and key initiatives.
• Facilitate discussions with business owners to set priorities and goals.
• Advise Solution Owners to align processes with objectives and customer experience.
• Maintain documentation and KPIs/SLAs for processes.
• Backlog and prioritize BPIs; support changes and implementations.
• Provide ongoing user support for process execution and technology adoption.
• Coordinate incident management, vendor communication, and cross-departmental efforts.
• Lead change management and assist training for new products and processes.
• Assess impacts of launches and updates on business operations.
