Job summary

Acrisure, a growing global fintech/insurance solutions provider, is seeking a Placement Specialist to join the team on-site in Florida. You will manage new business and renewal processes, coordinate with Client Advisors, Account Service Teams, and carrier partners to deliver high-quality service.

The role emphasizes detailed analysis, timely submissions, and effective communication. Applicants should have 3–5 years of insurance experience, current licensing, and strong MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant insurance experience in middle to large market placements.
• Must currently hold an applicable insurance license.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute key components of new business and renewal processes for insurance accounts.
• Oversee timelines, conduct exposure analysis, prepare quote specifications, and negotiate coverage terms.
• Present comprehensive proposals to clients and collaborate with Client Advisors and carrier partners.
• Prepare submissions including Acord applications, loss summaries, and exposure schedules.
• Analyze prospect client exposure data and support data-driven pricing decisions.
• Maintain relationships with insurance markets and ensure confidentiality.
